Notes to the financial statements

Dormant status
The company was dormant (within the meaning of Section 1169 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 31 December 2024. The company has not traded during the year or during the preceding financial year. During these periods, the company has received no income and incurred no expenditure.
2.
Going concern
The accounts have been prepared on the assumption that the company would be able to carry on business as a going concern. Currently the company is dormant. In the event that another property becomes available for development, the directors will introduce funds to enable the project to proceed.
The company did not trade during the current year or prior year and has not made either a profit or loss.
For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
Directors' responsibilities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476
