The directors' loan balance is included in debtors. The loan is unsecured and repayable on demand and interest has been charged at a rate of 2.25% of the actual outstanding loan balances due to the company during the year. The total interest charge was £901 (2023 - £nil).

The balance is due to be repaid within 9 months of the year end.

The company had total other commitments at the balance sheet date of £80,181 (2023 - £10,500).
