Transactions with related parties
As at the year end the company owed P Havard (director) £72,675 (2023 - £67,475) During the period under review Caverdale Estates Limited was deemed a related party by virtue of common control. At the year end Redwood Estates Limited was owed £129,686 (2023 - £134,898) by Caverdale Estates Limited. During the period under review Laurel Properties Limited was deemed a related party by virtue of common control. At the year end Redwood Estates Limited owes £95,000 (2023 - £95,000) to Laurel Properties Limited. During the period under review Melard Limited was deemed a related party by virtue of common control. At the year end Redwood Estates Limited owes £22,000 (2023 - £13,000) to Melard Limited.
