Poonia Limited is a company owned by the son of the shareholders of Poonia Care Limited.
Nousta Limited is a company owned by the extended family of the shareholders of Poonia Care Limited.
Alexandra Care (Leicester) Limited is a company owned in equal shares by the shareholders of Poonia Limited
and Nousta Limited.
