3. Contingent Liabilities

The company is currently involved in an ongoing legal case with HM Revenue & Customs in relation to VAT penalties. The potential liability has been estimated at approximately £532,000. The outcome of this matter remains uncertain as the case is still in progress, and accordingly no provision has been recognised in the financial statements. The directors consider the outcome of the dispute to be uncertain at this time. The company will review the position and make adjustments if required in future periods

For the year ending 30 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
