1 Statutory information
HACKNEY COMMUNICATION LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 13060641. The registered office is Barkat House, Suite 9, 116-118 Finchley Road, London, NW3 5HT, United Kingdom.
2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
During the year, the director advanced funds to the company in order to support its ongoing operations and to enable the financial statements to be prepared on a going concern basis. As at 31st December 2024, the balance outstanding on the director’s loan account was £81838 (2023: £18207). The loan is unsecured, interest free, and is repayable on demand. The director has confirmed that they will not seek repayment of this loan, nor enforce any right of repayment, until the company is in a financial position to do so without prejudicing its ability to continue as a going concern.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 5 (2023: 5).

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
