These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
Presentation currency

Loans to directors
Description of relationship: The company has a loan receivable from Advanced Energies UK Ltd, a company under common directorship with Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd. Description of the transaction: Loan advanced during the year ended 31 March 2025: £20,000 Balance outstanding at 31 March 2025: £20,000 (2024: £nil) The loan is unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand. Advanced Energies UK Ltd is related by virtue of common directors: Mr Ricky L Gale and Mr David Jones. Balance at 31 March 2025 20,000 All these are declared under ''Other Debtors'' on Note # 5.
