During the year the company has acted as agent for the lessees of the property at 140-142 The Grove Stratford, London E15 1NS. The funds in relations to the maintenance of the property are held in trust. The company therefore has no income or expenditure in its own right in relation to the maintenance of the common parts of the property held in accordance with the governing lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and not filed at Companies House. The accounts can be obtained from Grove apartments (Stratford) Management Company Limited. |

Change of Accounting Framework |

During the current year, the company elected to prepare its financial statements as a dormant company in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and the dormant company reporting requirements of the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland. In the prior year, the financial statements were prepared under FRS 102 (Section 1A – Small Entities). As the company has been dormant throughout the current and preceding financial years, it is not required to apply the full recognition and measurement principles of FRS 102. The comparative figures have been re-presented to align with the dormant company reporting framework. This re-presentation affects only the format and disclosures and has no impact on the company’s previously reported financial position or results. |
