| (ii) During the financial year, Green Snake Property Mangement Limited, an associated company operated intercompany loan accounts with IT Response Limited, at the balance sheet date, the amount due from Green Snake Property Mangement Limited was £67,288 (2024 £74,747). |

| The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
