Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

Company activities and impact

In this accounting period, Clear Path Coalition ran pre-booked 4Cornerstones sessions in conjunction with Cudox therapy group - in person and online sessions of a 10 week healing programme designed to help attendees recover from interpersonal abuse, and to give them tools to improve their mental health and prevent them from suffering further abuse in the future by giving them social skills and mental fortitude. The CIC was also involved with various local events to support people in the local community including organising the Lincoln Womens' March and visiting Laceyfields school fair.
