Our activities include running grassroots football teams, organising youth tournaments, and delivering training sessions that encourage participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles. The club exists to increase access to sport for children, young people, and families, regardless of background or ability. We also engage volunteers and local partners to strengthen community ties through events, tournaments, and inclusive programmes. Our impact is seen in the improved health and wellbeing of participants, the development of young people’s skills and confidence, and the creation of a safe, positive environment that brings the local community together.
The company’s stakeholders include players, parents and families, coaches and volunteers, local schools, community groups, funders, and local residents. We consult with stakeholders regularly through parents’ meetings, volunteer and committee discussions, feedback at training sessions and matches, and direct communication via email and WhatsApp groups. The club also engages with schools and community partners to gather views on how best to support young people in sport. As a result of this consultation, the company has: Adjusted training schedules to better fit family routines. Expanded opportunities for younger children to participate in football. Improved facilities and safety measures in response to parent feedback. Organised community events and youth tournaments to strengthen engagement. The company is committed to ongoing consultation, ensuring that stakeholders’ views help shape the future direction and impact of the club.
