The village festival has built up a very strong community spirit over the years that it has been running and our activities are chosen to enhance and maintain this strong connection. The festival is run entirely by volunteers and is a not for profit organisation. All profits are used for investment in future local community activity and for the running of the festival. Many of the activities arise from long standing village traditions such as the May Queen Procession and the carnival parade. We also have craft stalls and family activities.
