| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Going Concern |
| After making enquiries, the directors have reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months and one day from the date these financial statements were approved. Accordingly they have continued to adopt the going concern in preparing the financial statements. |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents income from members' subscriptions, CCTV services, and consultancy fees. |
| Subscription and CCTV services are recognised on a time basis over the period covered. Consultancy fees are recognised on provision of the service. |
| Tangible fixed assets |
| Tangible fixed assets are initially measured at cost and subsequently measured at cost, net of depreciation and |
| any impairment losses. |
| Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful |

| Taxation |
