Basis of preparing the financial statements
| There are several ongoing projects which are on target to make a profit when they have taken place. The funds |
| received and paid out have been treated as prepayments and accruels until the trips have actually occurred. We |
| have done this to avoid the covid scenario that occured several years ago and the other recent Sri Lanken travel |
| situations, of having monies in one year and then having to refund it in the following year due to activities having |
| been cancelled. We believe this is prudent to do so. |
