Director's responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
• These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime;
• These financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the small companies regime and a copy of the Profit and Loss Account has not been delivered.

Going concern
The director does not consider the company to be a going concern because it is no longer trading and they have therefore prepared the financial statements on a basis other than going concern. There has been no financial impairment of the company's assets as a result of this basis of valuation.

The company has net liabilities of £10,069 as at 31 March 2025. The company is dependent on the support of the director and confirmed that they will continue to provide this support and further funding to enable the company to pay expenses and to meet liabilities as they fall due.
