For the financial year ending 30 April 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;
• The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
• These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime;

3. Directors’ benefits: advances, credit and guarantees

Advances

The directors loan account is repayable on demand and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 per director at the official HMRC rates.

At 1 May 2024 the balance owed from the directors was £1,677. During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £14,326 and received repayments of £4,364 leaving a balance due from the directors of £11,639.

At 1 May 2023 the balance owed from the directors was £22. During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £3,057 and received repayments of £1,402 leaving a balance due from the directors of £1,677.
