COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

NO VICE ICE CIC

Company Number: 12953580 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 March 2025

Company activities and impact

This year No Vice Ice has produced ice lollies using local surplus fruit and other natural ingredients. We have sold these in 13 local venues, as well as attending private and public local events. We expanded links into Oxford University. We have rescued over 150kg of surplus fruit and juice from becoming waste. We have offered one person with long term hidden health conditions, long term employment within the company as well as ongoing training. Our main focus was pursuing our scale up ambitions. However, sadly due to being unable to find an appropriate production space, this has not been possible. We will therefore be dissolving the company in the coming months.

Consultation with stakeholders

Stakeholders: - Customers (At local events) - Consumers purchasing our lollies (12 local vendors) - Suppliers (Rectory Farm, Oxford Farmhouse) - OxFarmtoFork initiative - Good Food Oxford (scale up) - Makespace (scale up) - Ex trainees / Current employees with hidden health conditions - Event hirers We have consulted with stakeholders in a range of ways: - With Flo’s team (People Place and Participation Ltd is charitable community benefit hub about the sale of lollies) - Face to face conversations with customers at public stalls at events - Through our wider networks, public health, OSEP, about social purpose - About food inequality, access and issues surrounding food waste through the OX4 Food Crew - attending meetings every 1-2 months and the OXfarmtofork scheme. - We have consulted all of these stakeholders in regard to our scale up plans, and now in relation to how to conduct meaningful deceleration of No Vice Ice.
