Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
Included within other debtors is a balance owed to the company by the director at the year end of £nil (2024 £106,189) The total advanced in the year was £35,426 (2024 £134,911), £142,406 (2024 £74,748) was repaid in the year. Monthly interest was charged by the company on the overdrawn balance at the official beneficial loan rates totalling £791 (2024 £1,464). There have no further directors advances, credits or guarantees.
For the year ending 30 June 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
