Company activities and impact

In 2024 Esports Youth Club delivered 167 free sessions and events across four South London hubs and over 30 external community activities, engaging over 5,000 young people. Many attendees do not access other youth services. Independent surveys show 92 % reported improved wellbeing, 38 % improved communication, 81 % enhanced gaming skills, and 35 % greater confidence, with 88 % forming new friendships

Consultation with stakeholders

Feedback from young people and parents in Lewisham indicated a strong preference for end-of-week provision. In response, Esports Youth Club adjusted session times to Fridays to better meet local demand and increase accessibility. This change reflects our practice of consulting participants and families on programming and scheduling to ensure services remain relevant.

Directors' remuneration

Directors’ Remuneration – Financial Year 2024 The total amount paid or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £18,388.64. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for directors’ loss of office, which require disclosure.
