Wetake pride in being a secondhand community shop dedicated to creating positive change. Our mission goes beyond retail; we aim to provide supportive employment opportunities for adults with learning disabilities. Here are some of our key achievements and impacts We have successfully employed numerous adults with learning disabilities, providing them with meaningful work experience that boosts their confidence and independence. As a community shop, we actively engage with local residents and organizations, fostering a sense of community spirit while promoting sustainable shopping through secondhand goods. By encouraging the reuse and recycling of products, we contribute to reducing waste and promoting sustainable practices within our community. Our employees receive training and support that help them develop valuable skills for the workforce, enhancing their employability in future job opportunities. We strive to raise awareness about learning disabilities within the community, promoting inclusivity and understanding among our customers and supporters. Proceeds from our shop directly support programs and services aimed at further assisting adults with learning disabilities in their personal and professional growth. We are proud of the impact we are making and remain committed to our mission of creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all.
