| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |
| Investment property |
| Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in fair value is recognised in profit or loss. |
| The investment property is the freehold reversion of 2 Hermitage Road which is held on behalf of the leaseholders. Its residual value on expiry of the leases is expected to be in excess of the cost and accordingly the asset has not been depreciated. |
| Service charges |
| The company is responsible for the management of the property known as 2 Hermitage Road, London, SE19 3QR and has instructed a managing agent to collect service charges from lessees in order to fund expenditure incurred in the management of the property. The service charge funds are held in trust on behalf of the leaseholders as required by Section 42 of the Landlord &Tenant Act 1987. All service charge transactions relating to the management of the property are reported separately and are excluded from the company's financial statements. |
