1	Accounting policies
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

2	Ultimate controlling party

	The issued ordinary share capital of the company is owned by the lessees of the company.

3	Related parties
	As at 31 December 2024 the company held no funds (2023 £6,059) as trustee on behalf of the lessees. At 31 December 2024 funds were held in a bank account in the name of the managing agents.
