Additional information
The business of managing a portfolio of loans made via a diversified range of lending platforms continued over the year. All of the UK P2P platforms previously used are now in run-off or formal administration. P2P platform Administrators continue to be slow to reach conclusions on whether loans will be ultimately unrecoverable and distribute recovered monies only when all costs and fees have been paid. New opportunities for the Company’s lending are limited to residential bridge lending, which continues to be successful in both sourcing new loans, repaying existing loans and recovering those loans which have become overdue or are defaulted. The director will work towards repaying the creditor and winding up the company over the next few years, as the P2P platforms complete the administration of the outstanding loans.
