This is a report of Ronin Theatre Production activities from 1st January to 31st December 2024. It contains a brief run-down of the main activities of the business, its aims and objectives, names of the directors, details of the finances of the company and any other relevant policies. This report will be submitted to HRMC and to Companies House and a copy can be accessed upon request. The principle activity of the company is to stage productions of modern theatre plays in Oxford, to encourage growing awareness and engagement with modern theatre in the City of Oxford. This year the company had two production activities: 1. The Watsons by Laura Wade, rehearsed and staged during this accounting period at the Old Fire Station Theatre Oxford, 25th October-29th October directed by Alistair Nunn 2. Initial preparation for Home I’m Darling, to be staged Spring 2026 dates at the Old Fire Station Theatre Oxford There were no political and charitable donations this year. A full financial breakdown is attached. The company remains committed to being open for opportunities for all, and has worked to promote inclusivity on issues connected to disability, gender, race and sexual orientation in Theatre in Oxford.
