1. General Information
Exclusive Moments Events Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 14090133 . The registered office is 49 Station Road, Polegate, BN26 6EA.
The decision has been made to cease trading and close the company. The business was primarily financed through directors’ loans, and unfortunately, it has not achieved the desired level of success. This is largely due to both directors managing the company alongside full-time employment, periods of maternity leave, and, more recently, a change of job and relocation for one of the directors. The only outstanding liabilities are the directors’ loans, which are not recoverable. As such, the company will be formally closed, and no further trading activity will take place.
The business ceased trading on 2nd September 2025.
2. Average Number of Employees
Average number of employees, including directors, during the period was: 2 (2024: 2)
2 2
3. Related Party Transactions
At year end, the company owed £17,268 (2024 - £18,792) to Nicole Kelleher and £1,134.95 (2024 - £4,276) to Bethany Hammerton-Cooke. There are no conditions attached or interest charged on these loans, which are not recoverable as the busiiness has ceased trading.
Bethany Hammerton-Cooke resigned as a Director on 21 July 2025.
