The company is in its first year and has successfully gained the lease on Ysgol Abersoch to be able to renovate it and turn it into a Community Hub. Grant applications are underway.
The community has been engaged at the site an through surveys. The community has supported the following community objectives 1 Community cafe space with integrated history and heritage display to provide a focal point for the local community to meet year round and appreciate the local history. 2 Multi use room with own toilet facilities accessible for the use of various community events, wellbeing services and activities 3 Dementia friendly, fully accessible building and facilities 4 Community garden and allotment to promote social well being and activities 5 Business units to let / stand-alone external pods for local entrepreneurs 6 Flexible spaces, with good flow and potential to adapt to meet future needs 7 Provide employment
