Company activities and impact

The company exists to hold for the benefit of the community a freehold site in Walton on Thames and lease the site to one or more organisations for use as a rowing club or boat club. Since 1971 the site has been leased to Walton Rowing Club which is a successful and active club providing rowing and sculling facilities and training for participants of all ages and genders.
