1	General information

2	Accounting policies

Statement of compliance

These financial statements were prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland'.

Basis of preparation

These financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis, under the historical cost convention, and in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and applicable accounting standards in the United Kingdom.

Trading Status
The Company has not traded during the year or the previous year, has incurred no liabilities and, consequently, has made neither profit nor loss. None of the Directors received any emoluments in respect of their services to the Company.

Going concern

The Company's intermediate parent undertaking has confirmed its intention to continue to provide ongoing financial support to the Company and all of its current subsidiaries to enable them to continue to trade and to enable them to meet their liabilities as they fall due within one year from the date of signing the financial statements. As a result, the Directors have deemed it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.

Fixed asset investments
Fixed asset investments are stated at historical cost less provision for any dimunition in value.
