For the financial year ending 31 December 2024 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

Director's responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

1	General information

The Company is a unlimited Company by share capital, incorporated in United Kingdom.

2	Accounting policies

Statement of compliance

These financial statements were prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland'.

Basis of preparation
These financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis, under the historical cost convention, and in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 and applicable accounting standards in the United Kingdom.

Trading Status
The Company has not traded during the year or the previous year, has incurred no liabilities and consequently, has made neither profit or loss. None of the Directors received any emoluments in respect of their services to the
Company.

Investment in subsidiaries
The Company holds investments in other companies. These are recognised as fixed asset investments and are stated at cost less any impairment.
