3	Related party transactions

During the year a loan of £5,000 was advanced to Mr E Tranham, a director of the company. The loan was interest free and was repaid within nine months of the year end.

At the balance sheet date advances to company directors, Mr M Neil (£3.000) and Professor N Fenton (£8,500) remain outstanding. No interest is charged on these loans.
