2.	Activities and programmes for the last financial year

1. Phizzical produced new tours of Bombay Superstars and 10 Nights as lead producers with new cast and creative teams. These performed at a total of 8 venues (3 for Bombay Supestars, 5 for 10 Nights) for a total of 44 performances.

2. We impacted the lives of 38109 audiences and participants with our performances and workshops in the last financial year.

3. We worked with 72 artists in total across 4 productions. We hosted workshops with 3 international creatives and 5 workshops with local artists. These benefitted a total of 492 participants (Approximately 20% of the participants were under 19 years old).

4. We supported Global Majority and The Society for New Cuisine in kind at 4 venues for 23 performances. Audience data for these shows are not included in our statistics as we are not the lead producers.

We are nominated for:

- Ihsan Award, Islam Channel Business Awards for Diversity and Inclusion on 10 Nights

- Best Stage Production, 10 Nights, ACTAs

- Best Director, 10 Nights, ACTAs

6. We collaborated with 72 freelance artists.

3.	Average number of employees

The average number of employees during the year was 72 (2024 - 1 ) .

The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 31 March 2025.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its surplus or deficit for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
