The primary activity of the company during the period was providing a Community Radio Station. The Station studios were based entirely within the District of Dover. The Station supported and promoted numerous community projects, charities and community events. The Station actively trained new local presenters. The Station actively promoted historic values of the District of Dover. The Station created and produced live broadcasts. The Station promoted local Artists.
Regular meetings are held with all members and volunteers. Community engagement is ongoing. Consultation has occurred with sponsors and advertisers. Consultation has taken place with individual members of the public, listeners and non-listeners. Based upon feedback received, adjustment of event promotion has evolved.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
