Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives:

The holding company is ClinChoice Corporation and ultimate parent company is ClinChoice Inc., incorporated in United States of America. The company is related to other companies which are related through common shareholding or common directorships.
The following transactions were carried out with related parties:
i) Purchase of services: £1,213,532.65 (2023: £948,367.55)
ii) Sale of services: £2,148,083.52 (2023: £437,664.74)
As on 31st December 2024 the balance receivable from Clinchoice Inc. is £198,726.81 (2023: £375,569.45).
Ultimate Controlling party is Clinchoice Inc. with registered office address 1300 Virginia Drive Ste. 408, Fort Washington, PA 19034 , United States of America.
