| Directors Loans: on 1 January 2024 the company made the first of a number of directors loans to Ruth Pound, the maximum amount of any loan was £4,303.71 during the financial year, and some of these loans were repaid before the balance sheet date. At the balance sheet date the outstanding directors loan balance was £2,732.94 (Prior Year £973.83). Directors Loans are interest free up to £10,000 after which interest is charged at the HMRC specified rate. The loans are repayable on demand. |
| Directors Loans: on 1 January 2024 the company made the first of a number of directors loans to Christopher White, the maximum amount of any loan was £4,030.43 during the financial year, and some of these loans were repaid before the balance sheet date. At the balance sheet date the outstanding directors loan balance was £2,694.93 (Prior Year £1,470.43). Directors Loans are interest free up to £10,000 after which interest is charged at the HMRC specified rate. The loans are repayable on demand. |
