These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made an unsecured advance to C.E.A. Nutland amounting to £45,269. The loan is interest free and has no fixed repayment date. The director made a repayment of £23,351 during the year, with £21,918 remaining outstanding at the year end (2024 - £19,649), which is included in current assets. No amounts were written off or waived during the year.
