1.	Accounting policies

	Statutory information
	The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page. The principal activity of the company is development of a solar energy project. The financial statements are for the period from 1 September 2022 to 31 December 2023. The previous period was for the period from 18 August 2021 to 31 August 2022, therefore the periods are not directly comparable.
