The Hunton development is being carried out by Walbert Developments Ltd and the Sadberge development by Bodo Developments Limited, both of whom are subsidiary companies. The loan is secured by debentures over all of the assets of the company, Oakyard Developments (Midco) Ltd, Walbert Developments Ltd and Bodo Developments Ltd. |
