4 Guarantees and other financial commitments
The bank loan is secured by the following:

A first legal charge over the leasehold property known as 2 Swallowfield Court, Portadown, Co. Armagh, BT62 3GH (“the Security Property”).

A first legal charge over the leasehold property known as 3 Swallowfield Court, Portadown, Co. Armagh, BT62 3GH (“the Security Property”).

A first legal charge over the leasehold property known as 4 Swallowfield Court, Portadown, Co. Armagh, BT62 3GH (“the Security Property”).

A first legal charge over the freehold property known as 2 Granville Square, Portadown, Co. Armagh, BT63 5DT (“the Security Property”).

The guarantees of Mr David Paul Turkington, Mr Alan Turkington and Miss Valerie Turkington, limited to £237,030 plus interest and costs.

During the year, the Santander loans were repaid in full, and the associated fixed and floating charge held over all assets of the company, both present and future, was discharged.
5 Related party transactions
M Turkington, mother of the directors, is due £1,937 (2023: £1,085) from the company.
This loan is unsecured, interest-free and repayable on demand.
The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the year ended 31 December 2024.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities to comply with the Companies Act 2006 in respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions.
