3 Advances, credit and guarantees granted to the director
During the period the director purchases items for the company and has loaned money to the company. This is then repaid. The loan is repayable on demand and interest is not charged. No amounts have been written off or waived in respect of the loan. £322 was owed to the director at the start of the year, additional loans given were £19,836 and repayments £9,643, making £10,515 owed at to the company at the end of the year.
4 Transition from FRS 102 1a to FRS 105.
The company has this year changed accounting standard. It has transitioned from FRS 102 1a to FRS 105, micro entity accounting as it feels that standard better suits the company. As a result, the comparatives have been re-stated. The only adjustment was to remove the deferred tax balance of £610 (£631 brought forward and £21 released in the year to 31 March 2024).

The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the year ended 31 March 2025.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges their responsibilities to comply with the Companies Act 2006 in respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions.
The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
