1	Accounting policies

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities regime
	Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of Section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
	The Service charges collected and relevant costs relating to the service charges are not included in the company accounts. Information relating to the service charges is dealt with as a separate statement of account.
	Prior Year Adjutsment
	The accounts for the previous year have been restated to refect the above basis of preparation.
	Taxation
	No liability to Corporation tax arose in the year ending 31st December 2024 nor in the year ending 31st December 2023
