Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At the end of the year, the company owed £21,669 (2023 - £31,680) to Vasanthini Nagarajah who is a director of the company.
For the period ending 29 June 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
