| Loans to directors, guarantees made by the company on behalf of directors: During the year the company made advances to the director amounting to £33,665 (2023: £62,029). These were repayable on demand. The company received repayments of £33,873 (2023: £65,686). |
| Prior Year Adjustment: During the preparation of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 it was discovered that there were accouting errors affecting the prior periods from 31.12.2021 to 31.12.2023. The financial statements for the year ended 31.12.2023 have been restated to reflect the adjustments and to transition from FRS102 to FRS 105. |
