Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

The members have agreed to the preparation of abridged accounts for this accounting period in accordance with Section 444(2A).

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit & loss account.

The fixed assets are made up of 3 planes. The planes are not currently airworthy and thus not operational. Consequently a revaluation of the assets for an impairment of £1,265,650 was included in the 2023 financial statements. Repairs and additional equipment will be required to make the planes operational. The Director is determining if any of the planes can be made airworthy and pass regulatory requirements. Further, the Director is in the process of reviewing the feasibility of making an insurance claim as well as other claims against a number of parties.

4. Creditors: amounts falling due after more than one year note

The amount due of £65,880 as at 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024 is due to DM Investments AG. Following the year end of December 2024, on 15 September 2025, DM Investments AG sold its 9,999 shares at nominal value in the Company to Worldwide Airways Ltd SC807829. Worldwide Airways Ltd is now owed the £65,880 previously owed to DM Investments AG.

5. Post balance sheet events

Following the December 2024 year end, on 15 September 2025, DM Investments AG sold its 9,999 shares at nominal value in the Company to Worldwide Airways Ltd SC807829. Worldwide Airways Ltd now own all the ordinary shares in GMK Aviation Service limited with the exception of 1 ordinary share which is owned by Mr Gerald Paterson a director of both Worldwide Airways and GMK Aviation services.
