Clementine Walk RTM Company Limited is a private company, limited by guarantee, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 06916117. The registered office is Crate 26 Oakwood Industrial Estate, Loughton, IG10 3FU.

3.Money Held on Trust
The company has appointed a property manager to administer service charge expenditure, and hold service charge funds in a designated client bank account. These funds are held in trust in accordance with Section 42 Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, and the company acts as a trustee in this capacity. Seperate accounts are prepared to show service charge activity, and disclose the funds held in trust at the end of each period.
For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
