1 Statutory information
STRATHBLAINE PROPERTIES LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 06939263. The registered office is Fermoys Splaynes Green, Fletching, Uckfield, E Sussex, BS6 7UR, ENGLAND.
2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
During the year, directors advanced funds to the company to cover shared property costs. These advances are allocated according to the flat each director represents. No interest is charged on any of these advances, and there is no expectation of repayment. As at the year end, the directors and the flats they represent are as follows: • Flat A: £12,923.26 • Flat B: £8,615.51 • Flat C: £4,699.38 • Flat D: £12,923.25 No repayments, waivers, or assignments were made in respect of outgoing directors’ balances. Any further advances by the current directors are recorded under their names from their appointment date. The balances per flat include all advances made by both current and former directors representing each flat, up to the date of any director change, unless otherwise stated.

During the year the average number of employees was 0 (2023: 0).

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
