Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Company activities and impact

To provide services associated with the sale of alcoholic beverages, non alcoholic drinks and refreshments, and snacks to members and visitors to the Polish Catholic Mission in Leeds. The provision of these services gives our members and visitors a congenial place to meet and socialise within their own community, especially after religious services.

Consultation with stakeholders

The stakeholders are our customers, and the Polish Catholic Mission – Leeds. We have consulted our customers with regards product lines etc. Feedback from customers has been positive and the Local Management authority of the Polish Catholic Mission – Leeds is happy with this arrangement.
