The average monthly number of persons (including directors) employed by the company during the year was 2 (2023: 2).

A loan from a lender to a company controlled by a director of £1.5 million is secured by a fixed and floating charge covering all the property and undertakings of RT33 Limited.

RT33 Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is Langford Manor Cottage, Lower Swell, Taunton, Somerset, United Kingdom, TA3 6PH.

For the financial year ended 31 December 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
