Basis of preparation of financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared on a non-going concern basis, as the company has ceased trading and is in the process of being wound up. The directors have taken the decision to wind up the company and prepare final accounts accordingly.
Reporting period length
Since the company has ceased trading, the length of this reporting period is to the cessation date and the comparative period commenced from 1 December 2023 to 31 May 2025. Therefore, the two reporting periods are not directly comparable.

For the period ending 31 May 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
