These financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 are the first financial statements of UJK Limited prepared under FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland. The date of transition to FRS 105 was 1 January 2024. As a result of this transition the Balance Sheet in relation to the year ended 31 December 2023 was restated. Net Assets of the company increased by £24,322 from £49,353 to £73,675 as a result of the deferred tax provision being prohibited by FRS 105.
