| The financial statements are prepared in accordance with Regulation 12 of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/1911) for micro-entities in the UK and FRS 105. |
| The LLP is a private limited liability partnership registered in England and its registered number is OC415226. Its registered office is 49 Park View, Whitley Bay, Tyne & Wear, NE26 2TP. |
| For the period ended 30th September 2023 the LLP was entitled to exemption from audit under the section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to Limited Liability Partnerships and the members have not required the LLP to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question. |
| The designated members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006(as applied to Limited Liability Partnerships by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit)(Application of Companies Act 2006)Regulations 2008) with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. |
| The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-Entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to LLPs in accordance with the small LLPs regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. |
